It is worth noting that WRAN-U.K. is not an alumni of Nurses & Midwifery Training College-Sekondi (NMTC-Sekondi), as our membership extends to all nurses of various backgrounds and we are passionate about supporting nurse training and, invariably, the health services of the Western Region.
Our mission is foster unity in the bond of love, and we care with passion.
Our association aims to be a united force to foster communalism, stimulate professional and career development and motivate members through the various challenges life throws at us as migrant nurses residing in the U.K.
Considering our scarce resources, coupled with the association’s demands, we have chosen to support the Western Region because we would like to return the good favor and privileges gained through nursing training and/or working in the region. Moreover, the members’ affinity and interest to the development of the region and NMTC—Sekondi in particular—is a considerable reason for this kind gesture.
